NEW Marching Snare!
-DESEREE FAWN just invested into a new marching snare for their performances! DESEREE FAWN played drums in her high school marching band, working her way up from cymbals to quads! Her next investment will be quads! Recording and looping these beats are the direction these to are looking to go in!

Playing with some new Equipment!
-After 9 years of spinning on vinyl, DJ KRISTIN! is experimenting to add Traktor to their live set. Outside of the drums, DESEREE FAWN plays guitar, bass and mandolin! With Traktor, it give DJ KRISTIN! & DESEREE FAWN the capability to loop live instruments on the spot in a performance setting!

DJK! DF Play Backlot Bash!
The 7th Annual "BACKLOT BASH" is Chicago’s premier outdoor event to celebrate pride weekend by promoting musical artists, businesses, and charities. The two-day Backlot Bash Chicago takes place Saturday 6/26 AND Sunday 6/27 2010 at 5238 North Clark Street (right behind Cheetah Gym). This is an event not to be missed as thousands come out in support every year.
Saturday is hosted by DJ Nikki from B96 and Actress and Comedian Niki Lindgren. Also featured is Chicago's own The Betty Fords as well as Crazy Rocket Fuel, Shy Violet, DJ KT and Black Betty (headliner). Tix are $10 ($15 after 5pm so come early). 3-10pm. 21yrs+.
Sunday (after the parade) features a hot duel by DJ Kristin! and Deseree Fawn, Gina Glocksen, DJ KT and Dot Dot Dot (headliner). Hosted by Mariah Hanson of Club Skirts/The Dinah and Flo from Bad Girls Club. Tix are $10. 21yrs+. ($15 after 5pm so come after the parade). 2-10pm. 21yrs+.

Screen Printing!!!
We are currently screen printing some t-shirts and tank tops! Deseree Fawn drew the design by hand, scanned it, uploaded it into photoshop, added some text and the rest is history! Below is one of our first shirts ever made! They can be found at our shows, $5 for Tank Tops and $10 for T-shirts! Please let us know if you feel that is reasonably price!?!

DJ KRISTIN! and Deseree Fawn Play Garden Of Eve - Howard Brown Benefit
The mood was green, glam and gay May 15 as more than 600 guests packed the eco award-winning, post-industrial chic Rancho Verde to support the Lesbian Community Care Program of Howard Brown Health Center. The venue, which provided plenty of space for cruising and schmoozing, was donated for the evening by Christy Webber Landscapes and honorary co-chairs Christy Webber and Jennifer Rule. The generous size and unusual layout of the facility allowed for multiple staging areas for live and DJ musical entertainment and an easy-to-navigate area for the silent auction as well as several performances that lent an air of carnival to the evening. The main event, however, was the food: sumptuous tastings donated by more than two dozen restaurateurs, boasting a wonderful variety of cuisines and libations.
